how can we know the first 100?

how can we know first 100 to complete master for monthly event quests. Is it posted somewhere in this forum or they just dont give out any info?
pls let me know how can i know the first 100?

    Hey there!

    After the Legend eligibility period for a monthly event ends, we start to manually go through them all to ensure that any titles that were distributed were earned legitimately. This can sometimes take a couple of weeks. Once we've done that, we'll send an in game message to all player that earned the title, and also post in the Hall of Legends here on the forums.
