How to report someone selling accounts in global chat

Hey guys, how do we report a guy who's selling his account on the global chat? [Screenshot of the same available]

    You contact support with the info, but, they won't do squat. I know people that have reported these types of issues, and they get back a canned message, and weeks later, the same person is still selling multiple accounts.

    You can open a Support Ticket using the Gear Icon. Keep in mind, they don't discuss actions, so you won't receive a follow-up on what's done.
    Having said that, some people are using dummy Accounts to do so, so it's an ongoing process to try and catch them. The best we can do is let them know when we come across them, and leave it to them.

    Hey AshPika, attempting to buy or sell a Kabam account is a direct violation of our Terms of Service and we take all reports of this happening very seriously. If you've come across someone attempting to do this, please take the time to report it to our Support Team. You can contact them by clicking HERE.

    Alternatively, if you would prefer to contact our Support Team from within the game, simply click on the gear shaped icon, located in the top left corner of the Home screen. From there, tap the button which says “Support”, then tap the button that says “Need more help? Contact us”.

    Please try to provide as much information as possible in your email, including:

    - Names of any offending players
    - Date and time you noticed this behavior
    - Any relevant screenshots

    All reports we receive about ToS violations are thoroughly investigated and we take any actions we deem necessary to punish offending players. However, due to our Privacy Policy, we are unable to discuss the results of any investigations we've carried out.
