    You can't really. It is entirely within their discretion whether they wish to reply to you in a thread with regard to any issue you might have.

    You could also try sending them a private message, though in my experience I have never gotten a response.

    If it is a bug or other in game related issue, you might have better luck sending a ticket to support.

    I've tried sending PMs, I've tried replying in threads, I've replied in warning messages I've received from posts from simply asking questions. No bueno. Doubt they even got read.
