Did not get full dungeons awards

Hi I did matchmaking dungeons and the player just left or something. I completed the dungeon and only got pts for 1 room. Could this be addressed please? And is there any future plan to deal with players who drop out mid fight in dungeons?

Thank you for a prompt response and resolution to the reward scoring issue.

    Hey there, for account specific questions, our Support Team would be better equipped to look into things. You can reach them from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".
