So i have a question i would really like answered by you guys.
If im to join a new alliance, when is it not too late to rank for SA rewards with the new allaince? Is there a deadline i have to be in a alliance before being deemed too late or something..?

    Gotta be in the alliance for about 8 days, so you'll always miss 1 week of SA rewards

    Hey Robman323, that's a great question! Mr_Platypus has pretty much hit the nail on the head right there. What they're referring to is the Alliance Blackout Period.

    In order to prevent players from hopping between Alliances for rewards, there's a blackout for all those who join an Alliance. There's a bit more info about it right here. I hope this helps!
