Missing credits

After opening arena crystals, I dont get credits which I supposed to get. For example, last time I supposed to get 15 but my credits went up by just 1. I went back to main menu to reconnect. It stayed same. I am having this issue a lot. I have missed lots of credits since now because of this and I need a solution.

    Did it couple times already, credits are missing.

    And this is not the first time. This is a bug or kabams policy to slow our progress.

    That happens to me on every crystal that gives units, and every time I restart it have a full screen refresh it sorts out

    As I said I did reset the game couple times but credits are still missing and also I know how to count.
