No response from kabam after taking my resources

I was scrolling through my alliance pulls and rank ups in the alliance tab and I noticed it said my name. It said that I ranked up medusa from r4 to r5. I did not do this and did not want to. I noticed my generic r4 to 5 gem was used on her. I contacted kabam and they helped me right away and gave me resources that was used which was great. The thing is that the resources wasnt what was used it was the rank up gem. I asked could i get the gem instead and he took away the resources. My plan was to rank 4 aegon then use the gem to r5 him. The guy who helped me directed my problem to someone else who helped me the next day. He gave me the gem back but he made a mistake and took my resources that I already had thinking it wasn't taken from me. So now I cant rank 4 aegon. I contacted him back but no response. It's been 3 days now and I dont want to do anything in the game that will hinder them helping me. I missed out on easy units and revive because Level up past but i didnt rank anyone because I've been trying to get my resources back. I dont know what to do. I tried making another case but they wont help til this case is done but the guy wont respond. He didnt even say he would look into it or anything. I cant close it myself I'm just stuck with my missing stuff. I was getting responses right away so now that days past I feel like I won't get help. Any advice on what I should do?
