Squirrel Store Issues

I went to purchase the 1,000 5 star shards with acorns and after one purchase it knocked down to zero. No subsequent spending was allowed... so I’m just out 3,000 shards now..? I’ve logged out. Logged back in. No change. Force quit. Still no change.
