Didn't Add 5* top prize

I have opened my 1 ,5* hero crystal yesterday after seeing the top prize but didn't see any of them. I have recorded that video and this is absolutely unfair 🙏😒

    The scrolling screen of champs along the bottom, while you are spinning/opening a crystal is just “for fun” like slot machines. Sometimes you may not see certain champs in there, even though they ARE in the crystal. And the champ received is actually pre-determined once you start spinning/opening the crystal (not when you click to make it stop).

    Hey there, the reel of Champions that displays when you spin a Crystal is mostly for show and displays possible Champions you could receive from the Crystal, but it won't necessarily display every single Champion available, given the large number of Champions already in the Crystal.
