AQ champ lock?

Hello, I'm having issues with my champs being locked in AQ even though it's expired. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Thank you.

    Hey there, if you're Champions are still locked in AQ after it has ended, you can contact our Support Team for assistance. You can reach them from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".
