  Were you still in alliance up thru the time rewards were sent out this morning (did NOT get kicked or leave ally beforehand) ?
  
  Were you in 5 wars (during season) SINCE LAST joining that alliance (aka, not doing 2 wars, leaving or kicked, and then re-joining but only doing 3 more before end) ?

You can reach them from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".
