  Were you still in alliance up thru the time rewards were sent out this morning (did NOT get kicked or leave ally beforehand) ?
  
  Were you in 5 wars (during season) SINCE LAST joining that alliance (aka, not doing 2 wars, leaving or kicked, and then re-joining but only doing 3 more before end) ?

  Hey there, if you still haven't received your rewards and meet all the above qualifications, you may want to get in contact with the Support Team. You can reach them from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".
