I've sent 4 emails to your email and still didnt have any information about my case... Its starting to upset me.

    Hey there, it may sometimes take time for the Support Team to fully investigate your issue, especially if they are receiving a high volume of emails, but they will get back to you as soon as they are able to and have had time to look into your issue.

    Of course, but they said to me 2 days before to wait 24 hours as much and now I dont even get a text back like my ex...
