Connection problems

in Bugs and Known Issues
Since couple of day I'm not able to connect and to enter in game. The game loads normally but soon the main page appears it crashes. Tried already to re-install the app (Iphone) and to connect using different WiFi with the same results. I'm now travelling between Malaysia and Vietnam, is it possible that there are restrictions in this area.

    Hey there, sorry to hear about this. I would first recommend going through our troubleshooting steps for iOS or Android. If that doesn't work, I would recommend sharing the information requested in the performance threads for iOS or Android, depending on what type of device you're using.
