Sig stone 2x daily 5* package from 3/1

I purchased the 5* sig stone 2× daily package and it's not showing up and giving me the daily sig stone's like its supposed. I shouldn't have to keep restarting the game it should automatically show and give me what I paid for. Can someone please help with this.
