CN players always lose Connection

Connections failed again and again. We do not know why. Can our developers solve this problem?

    I’m having the same issues in China. In my alliance I’m unable to see the chat log and also I can’t see which champions people got from crystals. I can still play but occasionally the red wifi connection will blink for up to a minute either before or after the fight.
    If I use my VPN I’m able to see the messages in the alliance. Has it been partly blocked in China or are you just having server issues from our location

    We all get the network lag, not only in China. It has been occurring a lot after the recent update.

    I would first recommend going through our troubleshooting steps for iOS or Android. If that doesn't work, I would recommend sharing the information requested in the performance threads for iOS or Android, depending on what type of device you're using.
