Yes, it's my network connection.. again

The game disconnects me in this new version very often. I am pretty sure i am not alone and it has nothing with my 200MBit internet connection backed ut with 80MBit one. I am running my own private server on this network 24/7, uptime is 224 days now and without any single disconnect/failed ping (i have this server monitored 24/7 with Zabbix system). The game disconnects me very often (but now just an icon , without text - after a previous update - but it changes nothing) , and i gave up another try to become a legend. Hoarded lots of resources (energy refills + boosts) and a nice amount of units, just for sure. Made 1 litre of coffee, told my wife not to disturb me next 3-4 hours. And again - i failed. But not because of my fault, but because of the game "stability".. I was scared when i saw how many things changed in this new version - i knew t this moment,that it won't be so smooth (has lots of "experience" since dungeons and new "functions" in the game) . But first i was surprised, first few hours , maybe a day was without issues, so i decided to try a legend run. After 20-30 mins, first disconnect appeared, and then i was disconnected frequently. I don't want a refund, compensation , nothing. I just gave up a legend run FOREVER. That's it what i wanted to tell..

    Hey Ktashak, I'm sorry to hear this happened!

    There are many devices capable of running the game and there are many different factors which can cause connection issues to occur. However, we're always reviewing any reports we receive and working to develop and implement improvements on our end to help make the game run as smoothly as possible on as many devices as possible.

    If you haven't already, please take a moment to share the information requested in the dedicated lag and performance issues thread for either iOS or Android, depending on what kind of device you have.
