I may be alone on this, but should kabam be offering so many deals with all that is going on? As it is, in the US, and many other countries across the world, many people are losing their jobs or are facing economic uncertainty.
I know what you’re thinking, they don’t have to buy and if they do it’s on them. True, however, we know many people that play are hooked/addicted to the game and spend tons of cash money with every offer that comes up, or you have people with younger kids that spend without permission and may put their family in a bind. Remember, a lot of younger people don’t see the virus as serious, but more of an inconvenience.
Consider slowing down the pace for unit store deal releases, lowering the cost of of deals or increasing the value of the purchases, or all three. I know the company has to make a profit and people should be responsible, but just seems like a bad time to keep pumping out deals, especially when they have bad value in the overall picture.
Side note, it’s fine if you disagree with me, just keep it civil.

And, to be civil, I mildly disagree.
I don't agree with those sentiments, but rather than countering it with the same arguments everyone else makes (you don't need to buy the offer), I want to instead offer a different perspective.
For the sake of argument, let's pretend Kabam honors your request, and decides to stop making offers. Now you need to think about the ramifications of that. The very community that you're sympathizing with, those that have been furloughed and need to monitor their spending, are furloughed because they likely worked for a company deemed non-essential, so that business had to temporarily close their doors because they aren't making any profits.
What if Kabam came out and said, "We've heard your concerns and will stop making offers contributing to our revenue stream, but as a consequence of that, we need to furlough 50% of our staff, and subsequently, we will not provide any new content until the COVID pandemic is under control."
Would you still be asking them to stop making offers to seek revenue? Or would you happily get bored with the same content for months all because you didn't appreciate having an offer presented that you've never had any obligation to purchase.
I for one would prefer to keep seeing offers.
Just my two civil cents.
Let’s also keep in mind that a smaller staff will take even longer to solve problems in the game, ie emergency maintenance, crashes, security (mods and bots), etc.
They are still a business for profit and will attempt to generate revenue just like any other company (and game/app designer) does, I would imagine they are seeing a decrease in revenue just all other companies are during this time as many people do not have the extra money to spend on a game due to the current situation.
Let’s just be happy that we have a game to play and help occupy our time considering the state of the world at the moment.
