I just had a 4* Angela I got from a PHC through Arena/Alliance shards removed from my account. Are you all just removing any decent characters I've received without reviewing where they came from?

    Hi there, I'm very sorry to hear of this situation! Your best bet is to contact our Support Team and provide as much information as you can on the champion that's missing, as well as when you last had them.

    This way, they'll be able to track it down for you. As we can't assist with this particular issue here on the forums, I'll be closing this thread down.
