I cant access my uncollected part and title gone

Hi kabam i joined mcoc 3 years ago and playin it daily i have 3 more accounts on which i play daily and im on cavalier on them i want u to pls see that my id sammy gamer i cant access uncollected. I play using no 3 party. I came from india and saw that i was banned for several hours almost 1 month, so i wrote to kabam and they said ur account was used by 3 party, buy i didnt used. After getting unbanned i processed several and i cant accesss my uncollected part of game, in event quest and my titles. Please see to this issue. Please correct it so i can proceed my efforts to this new id to mighty cavalier
