Summoners outside of the US

Recently many Summoners from the US got a mail in-game regarding the Marvel Insider Programme, it included bonus potions and what not
Isn't this unfair to Summoners from outside of the US, as they like to play the game as much as their US counterparts do
Shouldn't they get some kind of benifit too?

    Set up a US email like hotmail or yahoo and away you go to get the rewards.

    I just hate it that US players get to pay for stuff in US dollars while I have to use South Pacific Pesos
