**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

a story of some sorts

last week i broke my phone on which i played the game for about 4 years (i know i should have upgraded it a long time ago) the next day i borrowed my brothers phone until i buy a new one and logged into the game and to my surprise i got the message that i was permanent banned .i contacted kabam support .a day later they said that this issue is happening to many and they are investigating so i waited .two days later i got an email from kabam that my account got banned because of account sharing .i contacted them again this time i got an email that it was banned because i used an emulator .i contacted them again this time they said i used third party software . that was today i played the game fair and square for more than 4 years there is so much time spent on it i don't want to lose it.i know you people will say that i am lying but i am still telling you this because i am heartbroken .4 years playing litteraly every single day i completed LOL 100 percent explored all variants was going to 100 percent act 6 soon.i don't know how am i supposed to prove anything or get my account back now all i get is automated emails from kabam support which i cannot even replay to if any admin here can help investigate my issue that would be appreciated thanks
