Problem with attack champs in AW

I was joining AW with my attack team as the game went down for E.M. .. and now my champs seem to be lost in oblivion. I've tried restarting the game multiple times and also tried to start quests, event quest with no resolve, it still says that they're "in alliance wars".. anyone know a fix to this?
