Alliance Quests Season 7.5 - Map 7 and Epic Modifier Adjustments

With the start of the next series of Alliance Quests starting on July 20th, we will be making the following changes to the Epic Modifiers and Alliance Quests Map 7:
Cascading Failure: Replacing the Heal Block Debuff with Spectre (75%). It is important to note that Spectre will only reduce healing, and will not reverse it.
New Description: Critical Hits against the Defender trigger a timer for 2 second(s). While this timer is active, additional Critical Hits inflict Debuffs on the Attacker in the order of Spectre, Armor Break, Weakness, Exhaustion, and then Passive Degeneration, each for 4 second(s), and refresh the timer and Debuffs.
So Sayeth Doom: Reduced potency of Armor Break, Weakness, Fatigue, and Concussion Debuffs from 50% to 25%. Replaced Heal Block with Spectre (75%) It is important to note that Spectre will only reduce healing, and will not reverse it. Increased timer from 17 seconds to 45 seconds. Replaced prompt to use a Special Attack with “Use a Bar of Power”.
New Description: 2 of the following action(s) are randomly chosen every 45 seconds: Intercept the Defender, Debuff the Defender, use a Bar of Power, and Dodge an Attack. Cross-Fight: Failure to perform the actions in time will Debuff the Attacker for the next 3 fight(s). The Debuffs are inflicted in the order of: Spectre, Armor Break, Weakness, Fatigue, and Concussion. If there is a #FantasticFour Champion on your team, only 1 action is chosen. If the Attacker is #FantasticFour, no actions are chosen.
Power to Cower: Reduced Power Gain increase from 1.5% to 0.5%, and reduced the decrease in Special Attack Power cost from 1.5% to 0.5%, and the maximum Special Attack Power cost reduction from 75% to 50%
New Description: For every hit on the Attacker's Combo Meter, the Defender's Power Gain is increased by 0.5% and their Special Attack Cost is decreased by 0.5%, up to 50% each. When the Attacker uses Special Attack 3, their Combo Meter is reset.
Map 7 Changes:
Replacing Hulkbuster with Ironman on node 37 (Acid Wash lane Identity) for Variations 1 & 3.
Replacing Hulkbuster with Ironman on node 42 (Caustic Temper lane identity) for Variation 2
Changing fight timers back to 3 Minutes (this was an unintended change)
These changes will be in place for the next series of Alliance Quests.
