can you guys unban me? i haven't played for a long time..

Best kabam,

I haven't played for a long time.. all my friends that i've told are playing now like 5 or something. they ask why don't you just start over. i told them i can't restart after i did like 1.5 year work of playing. my name in the game is Nog Eentje. its weird i still wanna keep playing. i know you guys banned me because i was in an alliance that was using bot. but that wasn't my fault.... they even told me you can try to ask and make a discussion about this. i really want to play back i even payed alot for this game further i would do more for the action you guys make. i wouldn't understand why you guys wouldn't unban me. can we make a deal about a last warning or an acception what we can do about it. i didn't even get a warning to quit alliance with them if i knew i leaved that alliance already and i feel kinda guilty cuz now that i teach my friends to play they are now higher and they want me also to play.. i haven't played like 6 month or less . i would like to hear from you guys soon.

    than im gonna stop playing. i have lost faith.. i won't play this game i effort alot put alot of monney also in it. and if there is no option left. there are more players that even got away with the tiny bit.. and im kinda dissapointed too if you would like to respond you can send an e-mail too mcorsen@hotmail.com i will hear it from than.
    atleast i tried to try play again so not im going to find something else it was fun for the pas year i played..

    You weren't banned because someone on your alliance used a bot.
    You were banned because YOU cheated or shared your account or violated the ToS.

    If your ban was permanent, you should create another account. Nothing can be done to unban you
