Loss of Progress in abyss

Hi Kabam,
Hope you are doing well
I have already reported this issue five times (Case # 05552260, Case # 05554517, Case # 05556077, Case # 05557150 and Case # 05558432) but there has been no response till now more than 5 days later.
To recap, I was fully boosted up with the biggest boosts in the abyss on abyss path 2 on Wednesday (22/7/2020). While I was fighting green goblin and he had ~1M health left out of his 5.7M health, the emergency maintenance occurred.
To my great shock, once the maintenance was over, I had been kicked out of the abyss and all my hard-earned progress after spending ~4K units and all my stash had been completely wiped out.
I am facing great mental stress and anxiety due to this issue as it represented a significant investment of time, money, and resources to achieve.
Thus, once again I implore you to please help me and restore my progress in the abyss
In these troubled times of the coronavirus, you should be helping the players and not taking away their hard work.
Please please help me out.
