About AQ fights

I got stable internet connection. But most of my AQ fights i cannot enter automatically after i push the fight button. The game freezes when the time remaining mostly in 50second to enter the fight. And just happened today twice ive been log out in the fight where my champs is already fighting and i coudnt enter. When i reset the game, the HP of my champs drained to half. How can we fix this kabam?
