Directly selling 5*s now? Isn't this what they promised NOT to do when they said 5*s were coming out. Does anyone have the picture of the old post were a kabam employee said "We will never sell 5* crystals it's suppose to be something you work for" or something along those lines. Very very disheartened by this.

This is the First 5* class crystal I can remember being offered. They have offered shards but I don't recall any class specific 5* in the last 2 years.

.... That's not exactly a promise not to sell them. It just says for the time being they won't be simply because they don't have plans to. I'm ok with them selling 5 stars.. I mean that is exactly what the Grandmaster crystals do.

You're right that we did originally say that we didn't have plans to sell them at the time, but this was quite some time ago, and the game has grown and changed quite a bit since then. We have also had offers and deals in the past that have offered 5-Star Shards and Crystals.
This is one of the reasons that we wanted to give you all a heads up about the introduction of 6-Star Champions. So you all have all the information when making choices about whether or not these new offerings are something you're into!
Because that's all the information we've got to reply with here, and because this has been discussed in a few different threads before, we're going to close this thread down now.
