We plan on making 5-Star Shards easier to obtain, but don't plan on lowering the amount of Shards needed to open a Five Star Crystal.
Can you give us a little info as to how that is going to happen? The rest of September looks bleak. What is in the works to help boost the amount of shards we get?
By easier to obtain they mean they will be on sale for units or $$$. Period.
Cannot agree more with this. I don't see more 5* shards in any events, or war or arena. Literally the only places for them. But we sure do get a lot of offers to buy them

But... we did make them more available in events. We increased the Shard Payouts in the Master Difficulty of Event Quests. Yes, this happened before the announcement of 6-Stars, but that was definitely part of it. Additionally, it hasn't been that long since we announced the introduction of 6-Stars, and from saying that we're going be making 5-Stars more accessible. It won't happen overnight.

You forgot, "at this time"... the all encompassing Kabam cop out.
