Variant 3.1.2 boss

So here is the deal.
I guess after the magneto update the boss in variant 3.1.2 in my opinion shouldn't be like how it supposed to be.
There is a global node which states that all tech champions are immune to ability accuracy modification. And the magneto boss applies a passive debuff which lowers the ability accuracy to #metal champions.
So if I understand this correctly than this debuff shouldn't have an effect at all.
But when I fight as ghost and enter the phase state, the phase does not work and magneto is able to hit me while in phase. But In my opinion it shouldn't be like that.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think there is a problem here. And I'd like to know if there is any issue with this or not.

    Yeah man this is a problem. If you are using tech champs their ability accuracy should not be reduced.

    Hey there, are you able to confirm if he is preventing Ghost from Phasing or if he is preventing Miss while she's Phased? Once he has an opponent Magnetized, his attacks cannot Miss, so Ghost could Phase but still not cause his attack to Miss.
