Kabam has told me I need to post on this forum to discuss my PHC drop rate. They told me I received two on September 1st and 1 on August 26th. I would like to know from them, whether those were from PHC's or four start hero crystals or PHC's? I have not received a 4* from a PHC for sure since September 1st. and I have opened over 60 cyrstals, probably closer to 70 or more. I just now started a spread sheet. but i opened 8 today and 10 this weekend. with a couple 1's or 2 crystal openings in between. I received 1 or 2 three stars and NO four stars. with 70 crystals opened at a 3% drop rate in theory I should have received 2 4* crystals based on the statistics. Who do I have to get the information from to find out how many total crystals were opened from September 1st with out a single 4 start dropping?

    if you opened a million premiums, on average, you'd get 3 per 100 opened. it's not surprising to get one in 60 or 70.

    No, i get it, but odds usually play out that eventually it should happen. I realize it is 3% but mathematically speaking it seems unlikely to not get a single 4* in 70 crystals

    I would just like to know how many crystals I actually opened and whether the 4*'s they said I got in August/September were actually from a PHC or from a 4* hero Crystal. I am going to track this going forward. If the odds truly are 3% on 4* heroes it should work out long term, but it seems odd to me the rates I am seeing right now.

    eventually it will happen, but you just happened to be unlucky now.

    You are right, random nature states that you could get that. I just want to get the actually statistical information to backtrack to September. I did a ton of Arena's and opened a lot of Crystals. I guess I am a cynic and would like to confirm the rate is actually 3%.

    Sounds Like I may have to actually just start tracking going forward and see what the long term stats say.
