The team put out a fix that should resolve this. If you haven't restarted your game recently, I would recommend doing so when you have a moment.

37 minutes past the hour of the suggestion to restart the app and no weekly objectives are available.

Checked back with the team, the resolution will prevent this issue going forward, but won't be able to force the objectives to appear until they would reset next week. We're working on getting the crystals you'd get from these objectives sent out to anyone who was affected by this.
