Due to issues related to the release of Mastery Loadouts, the "free swap" period will be extended.
We have not set an end-date for the new period, but we will update this banner when we have more information.

App Loading Issues [UPDATE]

Summoners,

Recently, we've received reports from some players that they are experiencing issues with latency and stability in game. Our team has been working tirelessly to improve our loading times and have since made some improvements to the system overall.

The first round of fixes were pushed live early last week and include:
  • Improved loading times
  • Reduced frequency of network errors
We've observed that while this helped many players, the current loading issues have not been consistent and that the issue itself may be less obvious than the team had hoped. As such, the team will continue to examine the reports and investigate the possible roots to this issue.

We sincerely apologize that some of you may still be experiencing extended loading times or interruptions within the app, but please be aware that our team aims to continue releasing fixes in our future builds to alleviate this and improve the overall experience for our players.

We're also making some specific improvements to Arena in the 29.1 build that should prevent crashing when asking for Help in Arena and correctly sort Champions once Help has been requested in Arena as well.
