Cannot Create Kabam Account

Hi...

To : mod
I just wanna know..

My friend has playing game for almost a year and already connect it with his google play account.
But he want to create kabam account connected to his game.. continue his game.
But he can't create it..

Some says.. that account connected to google play and not create kabam account after 2 months playing will never can create kabam id.

Is it true ?

    Hey Vuska! In order for your friend to create their Kabam ID, here are the steps they need to follow:

    1) Log into the game as normal
    2) Click the settings icon in the top left
    3) Select 'Login Options'
    4) Select 'Sign In With Kabam'
    5) Click 'Create Account'
    6) Enter the email and password you want to use

    And voila, it's done!

    If your friend runs into any trouble with this, the best thing to do would be for them to contact the Support Team to find out why it won't let them proceed. I hope this helps!
