How to contact Drake, a kabam employee

Today, I received an email from Drake that needs to submit a screenshot. I found the screenshot to submit, but I don't know how to submit it If Drake sees it, please tell me how to submit the screenshot. By the way, my English level is too poor

    It's a possibility that you're being scammed rn. Is it someone saying they're from kabam and asking for screenshots? To the best of my knowledge there aren't any kabam employees that go by the name drake.

    You don't need to contact him specifically
    It will end up in the ticket queue and whoever is on the shift will pick it up

    When support send an e-mail, the signature usually contains a name at the end
    Now, I don't know if that's the actual name of the support employee or just a formality / alias
    But nonetheless somebody else will pick it up, even if it's not Drake himself
    Whenever I submit a request somebody will respond (eg. Lisa) and if I have any further questions somebody else will pick it up (eg. Kim)

    If you are trying to contact Kabam Support and they ask for some details. You can simply reply to the same mail.

    Kabam staff see, please tell me how to submit this screenshot. My country is not an English speaking country, so cultural differences and habits may be different. It is not allowed to submit screenshots by email, hoping to clearly tell me the way to submit the screenshot

    Just reply to the email they sent you bro, it won’t matter which support team member picks it up but if you reply it will be part of the same case so they should be able to help you

    @Allspy11 just make sure the email is from the official support email address to make sure it’s not a scam it should start “customer.help”

    Hey @Allspy11, as others have mentioned, you should be able to simply respond to the email you received from our Support Team and attach any screenshots to your reply. However, if you are having trouble doing that, I recommend reaching out to your email service provider for assistance.
