Due to lag I tapped wrong crystals

Dear Kabam
I tried contacting you through other means but I wanted to raise the issue of unprecedented lag and screen freezes. Today I was scrolling down to purchase the cavalier crystals in holiday store and due to lag I couldn’t understand where to click and found that instead of Cavalier crystals I had Grandmaster crystals in the crystal stash. I request you to please take back those GM crystals and return the shards so that I could buy the cavalier ones.

    Hey there, for account-specific requests, you'd need to get in contact with our Support Team by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and scrolling down to the button labeled "Support". I would also make sure to not open any of those Crystals in the meantime.
