Kabam’s order of priorities

I just want an official statement from the team on why exactly it is that bugs that benefit the playerbase are ALWAYS hot fixed almost INSTANTLY while bugs that hurt us usually hang around for another full version or two. There’s been a very consistent pattern of this occurring since the game came out. This is the type of thing that makes people quit playing after nearly 3 years, neglecting our needs and very clearly intentionally trying to exploit your own mistakes for monetary gain. And I’m not just talking about the dash after specials, or the parry inconsistency (which btw, lol good one, in the patch notes it says you guys improved it but it’s actually a thousand times worse now), there’s almost always some kind of bug that makes the game frustrating to play after every update. You guys need to let us play test this stuff for you at the very least, this is the #1 game on the app store that comes up when you search “Marvel”, you’re the face of a major company, can’t have these kinds of mistakes being made making thousands and thousands upset. @Kabam Miike

Everytime i asked this question, Kabam Mike warns me. We need to reach out to the youtubers, and reddit. I think action like 12.0 is needed.

Fact is these moderators get a solid paycheck. That get paid to restrict the topics to Kabams benefit, and post a few updates. They are not here to help us. I have proof of that. I feel the only way to get a true anwser is to file a complaint with company, perhapes a class action lawsuit if there are in violation of user rights. If something isnt done, this game will be shut down like the game in China, due to loss of player base.

No. We do not fix bugs quicker if they are "beneficial" to players. We don't take longer to fix bugs that are detrimental to players. This is ignoring all of the bugs that are brought up and fixed within a day or less.

Different bugs take different amounts of time to fix. If a fix is nothing but changing a number or two in the back end, then this is obviously gonna be a lot quicker than a bug that requires engineering time and a brand new build. That's not even counting the time it takes to investigate the cause of the issue.

I get that it's easy to only look at things that are a detriment to yourself, and ignore the rest, but that's not fair.

We have said in the past that we are working on a brand new beta system that will allow us to work with more players to test new features etc., and we're getting closer to that becoming a reality. We'll keep you all informed on more info on that as we get closer to making it a reality!
