Monthly Calendar Glitch

I have been waiting to get the Mastery Crystal on day 28 of the monthly login calendar. When I last checked I only had 20 minutes to go. I just logged in and it completely skipped day 28 and says I've logged in on day 1. What gives?

    I didn't miss any days. I check every day and like I said in my post I had just logged in and seen that I had twenty minutes left until I could get the crystal.

    You should have got the crystal 2/3 days ago, which means that you missed some days.
    The timer until next reward that you are talking about doesn't change anything in this case. Is just a timer that lets you know when you can claim your next reward from the calendar (which you did collected today, the day 1 of october)

    Same thing happened to me. It reset on the 1st day of the month instead of continue on the previous calendar. Admin please fix this ASAP

    The grandmaster crystal was on the 27th today is the 30th depending on where you live at and the countdown was for the new calander. So you missed at least 3 days and aren't eligible for to get it because of it.

    The most you could have missed and still got it was 1-2 days anymore than that then you will miss, a friend of mine missed it for the same reason they failed to log in everyday it sucks but it's the truth and they have a way to track it to if you think you didn't miss any feel free to contact support but they'll tell you the same.

    Hey there jakejak, I'm sorry to hear of this! From your description, it does indeed sound like a few days were missed unfortunately.

    The calendars run on a 28 day cycle, and because most months have more than 28 days, this creates "Grace Days", which are days that could potentially be missed for logging in, but still yield the rewards. For example, September had 30 days, which means that 1 or 2 days at most could be missed without forfeiting the ability to claim all rewards for that month.

    Darkstar4387 has answered this exactly as I would have, and if you're saying that the explanations provided are not actually the case, you absolutely must get in touch with the Support Team, providing as much information as you can so they can check it out.
