Not able to log in the game.

Device name: oppo f15
Cellular or wifi: both
Android version: 10
I have been not able to log in the game,Despite of having a good internet connection.

    Hi Dagarsd! Are you not able to sign in at all? Or once you sign in, do you have a loading issue? If you are not able to sign in at all, I would first suggest that check to make sure that your username and password are correct. If this is not the issue, try turning airplane mode on and then off. Then close out the app and restart your device.

    No sir,i just got stuck on main screen and game just keeps loading for long.

    If you let it sit and does not load, go ahead and do a fresh install. Remove the app from your device, restart your device. Once it is back up redownload it from the store and install.
