    Hey @Dmkumar00, I'm assuming you need this information to help verify account ownership with our Support Team.

    You can usually get an idea of your account creation date by checking your Game Centre or Google Play Achievements and finding the date of the oldest achievement for MCoC. Alternatively, you could try searching your email history to find the earliest message that you received from Kabam.

    Unfortunately, we don't have direct access to in-game accounts here in the Forums. We're unable to review or assist with Support tickets and are limited in the scope of help we're able to provide for the account verification process.
