AQ STUCK ON LOADING SCREEN

This issues is very frustrating. When i started the fight,the game will stuck on loading screen before it reset to home screen.. what more frustrating is when is used health potion then this issues occur.. when i restart the fight,half my HP has gone.
How come this issues never resolved,its been in the game for a long time.. seriously🤦🤦

    Close the game and re open it. Happens all the time for me and this works. Takes a hot minute but works 60% of the time everytime.

    Dont hold your breath, this problem has been going for a few months now and Kabam is in no hurry to resolve it.
    I've experienced the same issue you're going through and it's very frustrating to waste resources like health portions just to lose that health again from a never ending load screen. I've brought this up to support more than once, given them the info they requested and still get their generic piss off responses.
    As a result, I've stepped away from AQ/AW heavy alliances and resorted to a relaxed Alliance because losing health and resources from these bugs and also Kabam's lackluster support just puts me in a bad mood.
