  This is not the case. Aside from the fact that we do not have an internal tier list of "good or bad" champions, every Champion has the exact same chance to drop from a Crystal, unless otherwise noted. This is evident when you look at a much larger sample size than just one Summoner.
  
  The concept of this thread has been answered many times in the past. The idea behind Dual Class or Limited Pool crystals is to give a shot at a smaller pool of Champions. It will never guarantee that you will get a specific Champion or that you won't get another. The chances to get any Champion in the Dual Class crystals is exactly the same.
