Why aren't rank down tickets available????

If you really want to do AW right, you should have Rank down tickets available so people can Rank the characters they need for their teams. Then you might see a real Challenge in AW, like it used to be..

Ranking up is a decison which like many decisions in real life you cant change them. If you ranked someone up, you have to like with it.

Normally I would AGREE, but with 4* becoming outdated in a few months and the new AW requiring "Diversity" because EVERYONE can 100% now, it would make sense. AW as it is now, has no TEETH, the Lowest skilled Alliance can compete and even Beat some of the top tier by simple planning...

4*s are not becoming outdated anytime soon.

The Tickets are for changes to how Champs operate. Not for content. The Champs haven't changed. War has.

The RDT FOR 5* were only given for one reason. The top alliances would have fallen behind on prestige because they ranked up original characters like Spider-Man , iron man, and juggernaut. They were given so that alliances like awakened and core and ISO could reconfigure their rosters with new features and maintain their lock on top prestige indefinitely. It was an obvious problem and one Kabam needed to fix to appease the whales. I don't even really blame them. They won't probably offer them again because they want to keep the biggest spenders on top. Let's be real.

This is not accurate. The Tickets were given because major changes to Champs occurred. At the same time, changes to the meta occurred, and we had a certain amount of liberty to use them as a grace. They were not given for the Top Allies alone.
