An issue had been identified that is causing Shang-Chi's Special 2 to only be able to consume up to 99 Chi Charges when used, instead of consuming all of them as designed and as specified in his abilities and spotlight. While his damage still scales correctly, the team is working on a fix to make sure he is able to operate as designed and avoid any confusion.
