Shang Chi arena milestone bug

I just hit the 9m point milestone in the 6* Shang Chi arena which is supposed to reward a 4* Shang Chi. The milestone shows him as a proper champion rather than the blue silhouette of a basic champion. I already had a 4* Shang Chi at signature level 20, and when I claimed the milestone I expected to raise him to signature level 40 and receive iso and 5* shards. Instead he went to signature 21. Is this correct? If so, he should be shown as the blue silhouette like basic champions typically are.

As far as I can tell everyone is experiencing the same issue.
The bug is either with the arena paying out the wrong champion (paying out basic instead of full champ) or advertising the wrong champ (advertising full champ instead of basic)

Arenas advertising a full champion dupe are paying out only a basic version of that champion. This has been ongoing since the 3* champions got added as milestones.

But looking at “Completed Arena” for them now during the Cornucopia Sunday day, the silhouette blue shading is on ALL of the BASIC Arena Falcon rewards (both Milestones as well as Rank).
But NONE of the FEATURE (Shang Chi) rewards are blue silhouetted at all.
This seems to be a change from how another earlier thread I believe showed the lesser “Star” champ silhouetted but the higher “star” champ in next Milestone was not (within the same arena). Just talking about how they looked, not necessarily what they actually received them as.
As to previous commented quote by @SonOfSuiSan above, that would not necessarily still apply now that they have separated out Basic and Feature champs in milestones in their respective arenas as a way to earn the different “star” versions instead of from Rank rewards (and not just 3* as extras across the board as milestones like previously)
Seems to me, the Basic should be awarding single +1 Sig champs (3* 4* Milestones, 5* 6* Rank), and Feature should be awarding full +20 Sig (+8 on 3*) champs (3* 4* Milestones, 5* 6* Rank), as they are now the replacement methods for getting those 3* 4* Feature ones from older Rank rewards. Just like how they are picture currently looking at “Completed Arena”.

the featured 4* in the Shang Chi arena only awakened my 4* Shang Chi rather than providing a full duplicate with 20 sig levels and ISO
Secondary issue - the support link via the Apple app store is broken and goes to a Brazilian web store (kabum.br)
Any word on whether this will be rectified for all featured arenas going forward? The same issue is happening in the Stealth Suit Spiderman arena, and presumably will continue to happen until it has been resolved properly.
Right now I feel Shang-Cheated.
