Human Torch not applying incinerate

Human torch isn't applying incinerate DOT the incinerate comes up when you make contact, but isn't actually applying to the champion.

    @The_burrito incenetate should be there if even for short period. Thats just one bleed only it cannot shutdown incenetate.

    He also has 0 temperature, which decreases the duration even more

    At 0 temperature his incinerates last 3 seconds. Bleed reduces the duration of his incinerates by 4 seconds.
    3 minus 4 is less than 0, so the incinerates apply, do 1 tick, and then expire.

    Hey there, as some mentioned, he needs his Temperature up to increase the length of his Incinerates. If the Bleed reduces their duration while his Temperature is at 0, the Incinerates will apply and then immediately fall of.
