Just renewed my Sigil subscription got no credits

I just renewed my sigil subscription and didn’t receive any credits. Am I missing something am might not looking in the right place?

    Upon renewing your Sigil subscription, you should receive a 4-Star Scarlet Witch (if you purchased it after 10am PT today). You earn Sigil Credits in the Weekly Sigil Solo event!

    OK so they’re in the objectives awesome, but I did not receive the four-star scarlet witch and I just renewed a half hour ago. 3:30pm PT today.

    Ok sneaky sneaky. She’s just automatically was added into my champions. I guess it didn’t show anywhere that I had received her except the little notification under my profile pic change. awesome

    You can start gaining Sigil Credits as of today, but won't receive the 4-Star Scarlet Witch until your next renewal.

    So for Cavalier, all we get is a total of 6 credits a week as there just 2 milestones of 3 credits each from "Test of the Cavalier"? That takes either 6 weeks to dupe the 4*, 12 weeks to get a 5* or 27 weeks to get a 6*. Are there other ways to get credits? How many weeks will this type of Sigil last as if it does not go at least 27 weeks we have no chance at the 6*. Thank you.

    It looks like it takes 18 weeks of weekly rewards to get enough credits for the unduped 6* SW (160/9). I’m guessing then it only takes 196 weeks ((11*160)/9) get the her signature maxed out. That’s not quite 4 years.

    i thought forum mods don't have access to in-game account?
    He has access because he's at the HQ around all the devs and stuff. Other Mods won't or they might be able to through direct access to support.

    He technically isn’t JUST a forum mod. He is more than that. Like he said in an interview he is our voice to the game team. He is the guy sitting in meetings being like “you know those players won’t like that” and tries to get the dev to see reason.

    But I am sure he went to a person who could look at your account and asked.
