Summer Pain rewards, you get only the top level reward you unlock or get all the ones below it also?

If we get to the top will we get all the rewards levels?

    That’s WAY too many nexus crystals and T5CC for just a couple of revives or even no revives for each fight seeing how easy the Rogue fight was
