Missing reward

This happened few days ago, almost forgot that i didnt receive the reward.

I dont know the cause, because if we randomly take to the same path as before, im pretty sure that we still receive the reward

    Happened to me too. It was a 4star sig stone, or crystal, don't remember. Since it was something of bit much value to me I didn't make much out of it.
    But it is a real bug. Prof. Hoff in his YouTube channel has mentioned it and it has happened to other people too.

    Happened in epic twice. And also no points added for three runs in objectives
