AW Season 27 rewards where they at?

Hi, I was in a silver 1 alliance since the start of the season BUT I didn’t seem to receive season awards. Am I the only one? The results have already came out and I read the mail and it said there was no minimum amount of wars you had to participate in, if anyone knows the answer, please respond

They said it could take up to 24 hours to show up thank you for pointing this out if after 24 hours you still haven't received your rewards contact support
