What if nexus drop rates?!

So I bought one of the what if nexus bundles for $4.99 that had a 1.5% drop rate for 6*s and it looks like it has now been updated to 3%. Is there going to be a fix for us that bought early. Essentially, if
I had not bought it in the first hour and waited, I would have had double the drop rate for the same price. That doesn’t seem right.
